RN Infusion Intake Coordinator – $50–$55/hr

Job Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $50–$75/hour, based on experience
Setting: Office-Based

Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled RN Infusion Intake Coordinator to support outpatient and home infusion services. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, a consistent weekday schedule, and potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming referrals and assess clinical information to coordinate appropriate infusion services

• Coordinate patient care from initial referral through completion of therapy

• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources

• Collaborate with infusion pharmacists and clinical staff to ensure appropriate patient care

• Provide guidance to team members and support efficient intake operations

Requirements

• Active RN license required

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Infusion, patient intake, or care coordination experience preferred

• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
