Pharmacy Technician – Retail Pharmacy

Location: Winamac, IN Area

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a retail pharmacy assignment in the Winamac, IN area. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced technician looking for a stable, full-time schedule within a community pharmacy setting.

Assignment Details

• Start: June 2026
• Duration: Ongoing 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
• Weekend: Every other Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm

Requirements

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• PTCB certification preferred
• Experience with PioneerRx preferred

Responsibilities

• Prescription order entry
• Customer service and point-of-sale transactions
• Support daily pharmacy workflow and operations
• Maintain accurate patient and prescription records
• Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure efficient service

Credentialing Requirements

• HIPAA training
• Code of Conduct attestation
• Background check
• Drug screen
