Pharmacist - Independent - Direct Hire!

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity at an independent community pharmacy on Lopez Island, WA. This role offers the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in a highly regarded, patient-focused setting known for exceptional community reputation and care.

Assignment Details

• Start: As soon as available
• Position Type: Direct hire (full-time)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed

Requirements

• Active Washington Pharmacist License 
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Lead and support pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Review and verify prescriptions
• Provide patient counseling and clinical support
• Manage inventory and medication ordering
• Collaborate with providers to support patient outcomes
