Pharmacist – Hospital - Interim

Schedule: 4x10s Evening Shift (12:30pm–11:00pm) | No Weekends | No On-Call
Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential Extension)

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently recruiting for an Interim Pharmacist for a highly respected hospital in the Naples, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative inpatient pharmacy team in a well-supported clinical environment.

Position Details:

• Evening shift: 12:30pm–11:00pm (4x10s Evening Shift)
• 13 weeks, potential for extension
• No weekends or on-call
• 7–8 days onsite orientation
• Initial phone screen with Health System Director

Responsibilities

• Order verification
• Physical product verification
• Providing drug information to physicians and nursing staff

Technicians manage IV compounding and medication requests, allowing pharmacists to focus on clinical and verification duties.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience
• EPIC EHR experience required
