Registered Nurse – Inpatient

Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a RN for an exciting critical illness recovery opportunity in the Memphis, TN area. This role offers both day and night shift availability, and qualified candidates will be considered quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care including ventilator support, critical drips, and wound care
• Perform and monitor ongoing patient evaluations and treatments
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EPIC
• Communicate changes in patient condition and coordinate care with providers and support staff
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education
• Support a safe, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license 
• Recent acute care experience required (ICU, LTACH, Step-Down, ED, or Trauma)
• Experience with ventilators, critical drips, and wound care preferred
• Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
