Pharmacy Technician - Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Location: Tukwila, WA
Pay: $24–$30/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Duration: Minimum 6 months (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Start: As soon as possible

Job Overview

Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) supporting a respected specialty infusion pharmacy in Tukwila, WA. This is a desk-based pharmacy technician role focused on patient intake, onboarding, and coordination of home infusion services.

This assignment is ideal for a pharmacy technician who enjoys administrative work, patient interaction over the phone, and detail-oriented data entry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with infusion pharmacists and coordinators to onboard new patients

• Initiate and maintain patient records in the pharmacy system

• Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information with a high level of accuracy

• Provide customer service and communicate with patients by phone

• Support coordination of home medication deliveries

• Maintain compliance and accuracy in all documentation

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician experience (retail, infusion, or specialty preferred)

• Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Professional phone presence and customer service skills

• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday
