Pharmacy Technician – Infusion / Patient Services – Temp-to-Hire

Location: Tukwila, WA
Compensation: $24–$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Duration: Minimum 6 months (maternity leave coverage)

Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician (Infusion/Patient Services) in Tukwila, WA. If you are detail-oriented, experienced with computer-based workflow, and enjoy supporting patients in a meaningful way, we would love to speak with you!

This role is a full-time contract assignment with the potential for extension. The position will support an infusion pharmacy setting.

Description:

• Work closely with pharmacists and coordinators to onboard new patients

• Initiate patient records in the pharmacy system, including demographic and service information

• Provide customer service primarily over the phone

• Coordinate delivery-related details for home infusion medications

• Support administrative and intake workflow in a fast-paced desk environment

• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to ensure safe and timely patient care

Position Requirements:

• State Pharmacy Technician Certification

• Strong computer competency

• Customer service experience, preferably phone-based

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
