Director of Pharmacy (PIC)

Specialty Medical Staffing have an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Pharmacy at a a industry leading hospital in Mishawaka, IN. This position is suited for a pharmacy professional with strong management skills, inpatient knowledge, and oncology knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and clinical pharmacy programs

• Utilize oncology and inpatient knowledge to optimize hospital operations

• Ensure adherence to company policies and reporting requirements

• Participate in weekly progress calls and strategic planning

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Indiana Pharmacist license (required)

• BLS certification

Compensation:

• $70+/hr (DOE)

• Full medical benefits

• Travel support available
