Pharmacist - Inpatient Hospital - Long Term Contract

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for an inpatient pharmacist for a client located in Merrillville, IN. Job Summary: 

• ORDER VERIFICATION
• CHECKING MED ORDERS
• BASIC CLINICAL DUTIES INCLUDING KINETICS, RENAL DOSING, IV TO PO, TECHNICIAN OVERSIGHT AND OTHER FORMULARY CONVERSIONS.

Job Details:

• Available shifts:
  6:30A-3P, 7A-3:330P, 3-11:30P, 3P-12A, AND POSSIBLY 11P-7A

• Pay $DOE

• Long term contract beginning ASAP - lasting around 3 months with possibility of extension 

Position Requirements:

• BS Pharmacy or Pharm D

• IN State Pharmacy License

• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice

• 1+ years of pharmacy experience

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Systematic problem-solving skills
