Pharmacy Technician - Ambulatory Services - $27-30 - Full Time

Enticing Opportunity in Middleton, WI! We have a fantastic contract opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in Ambulatory Services. If you are passionate pharmacy tech with retail experience, this is the job for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-oriented pharmacy services.
• Assist patients with take-home medications in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Process claims and help patients with insurance issues.
• Work hands-on with various medications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of one year of previous Pharmacy Technician experience in a retail setting within the last three years. is required. Customer service experience highly preferred.
• Licensure: Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician certification is required. CPT Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• References: Two completed references from recent work environments (supervisor or manager) within the last two years.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $27-30/hr
• Type: Contract (13 weeks) Possibly contract-to-hire.
• Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Location: Main office in Middleton, WI and potentially other locations in Dane County
