Description:

• Order Entry
• Dose antibiotics
• Verify Prescriptions

Position Requirements:

• IN State Pharmacist license required
• Knowledge and experience of hospital pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

Job Details:

• Dates of Coverage needed: September 3rd until permanent candidate is hired (potential to turn into a permanent role)
• Coverage Hours needed: 30 hours/week including every other weekend plus on-call after each shift
• M-F hours
  • Inpatient: 7a-5p, Outpatient: 9a-6p
• Weekend hours:
  • Inpatient: 8a-12p, Outpatient: 9a-2p
• Order Entry System: CPSI, can train
• Site Automation: Omnicell, can train
