Specialty Medical Staffing, Inc. is looking to hire Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Step Down Unit (SDU) for full-time travel contract opportunities in Cleveland, OH. Our ideal candidates will have 1.5+ years of previous bedside experience, preferably in the Step Down Unit (SDU) setting and strong focus in patient care. Travel:
Total Gross Weekly: $2602
$1162 weekly stipend and M&I
$40/hr plus OT after 40 hours
Local:
$67/hr
Job Details:
Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am.
MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
PBDS Assessment – waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Job Details:
- Start Date – ASAP
- 13 weeks available
- 36-hour work week – Three (3) 12-hour shifts
- Night Shifts Available
- Registered Nurse (RN) Step Down Unit (SDU)
- 1.5+ years’ experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Valid Registered Nursing License in OH or Compact Licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association approved for all units
- ACLS
