Description:

• Med order review and entry
• Verification technician work

• AZ state Pharmacist license required
• Comfortable in a behavioral health environment
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

• Dates of Coverage needed: April 15^th – 19^th& April 23^rd-24^th
• Coverage Hours needed:  8am – 4:30pm (may be some flexibility in the length of day); no on-call needed at this time
• Order Entry System: HCS
• Site Automation: Omnicell
• Dress Code: Black or maroon scrubs or business casual
