Description:

• Outpatient
• Verifying Orders 
• Checking Medications 

• Ohio local state Pharmacist license required
• Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

• Dates of Coverage needed: July 18-19, July 26, August 9; will have more date throughout the year (~2 days of coverage needed each month)
• Coverage Hours needed: 9am – 5pm
• No weekend or on-call coverage needed
