Pharmacy Technician - Closed-Door

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a Pharmacy Technician within the closed-door pharmacy setting in Tukwila, WA. If you are a highly competent pharmacy technician or assistant looking for something more than what you have seen in the past, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities:

• Visual inspection, labeling, and packaging of compounded sterile products
• Cleaning and maintaining the sterile compounding environments and associated areas 
• Material transfer of supplies and components used in the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean workstation and stocked supplies
• Handling exceptions to completion or confers with supervisor/pharmacist.

Position Requirements:

• WA State Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Assistant Certification
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred, but not required
• Team Player Mentality
